Where can I see the price list?
We will inform customers of the prices of specific styles and collections once they have chosen them from our catalog. Contact our sales team to request prices here.
What are the packaging conditions?
One piece or pair is packaged in a small zip bag while up to 100 pieces or pairs are packaged in a large zip bag
Are your products safe?
The safety of our products is guaranteed by European-based laboratories to verify that all our jewelry not only meets but surpasses the standards required by European and American laws and regulations. Our products are lead & nickel free and for body jewelry we use 316L surgical steel material.
Can I order by phone or fax?
We would be happy to take your order by e-mail, fax or online.
What is the delivery schedule?
Delivery time can vary from 3-5 weeks after receiving the deposit payment. However, it also depends on the type of product and quantity per order.
What is your Minimum order?
Our minimum for regular orders is 25 pieces/designs/colors/sizes with a value of at least 500 USD.
FOB (Free On Board)?
Our price is FOB Thailand (All prices and transactions are in Thai Baht, calculated at the F.O.B. Thailand rate)
What are your payment terms and methods?
Payment terms:
o 40% deposit & balance before delivery
Payment can be made by:
o PayPal for small amount (less than 500 USD.)
o T/T Bank Transfer (more than 500 USD.)
Do you accept customer designs?
We are happy to accept customer designs. A long as you provide us with a picture of your design and full specifications about material, size, weight, color, plating etc., we can develop your products & create new custom-made designs for you.
What is the Manufacturing Capability/Capacity of your company?
We can produce 50,000 – 500,000 pieces per month, depending on the product category and design.
Which kind of crystal do you use with your products?
We use Swarovski, Preciosa, Oktan, Stellux etc. Exactly which crystal we use depends on the customer’s requests.
What is your guarantee for crystal products?
We accept full responsibility for any damage related to our quality control. Customers can return the goods and we will send back the replacement at our own expense. Alternatively, we can send you extra crystal to make your own repairs if this is more convenient for you.
Do you exhibit in any Jewelry fairs?
Yes, we exhibit in the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair in March & September and the Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair in March, June and September.
Do you have any stock?
Because we regularly produce new designs, we don't maintain a large inventory of completed jewelry items. Customers can choose the design from our catalog and we will check what we have in stock.
Do you have any discount promotions?
We have the step price for big orders of 500, 1,000 and 5,000. Contact our sales team to request prices here.
What is your price transaction?
Our price transactions are in Thai Baht. However, on our website we show prices in US Dollars and will calculate based on the currency rate on or close to the day on which the customer places an order.
How often you develop new designs?
We provide the new styles every month.
How do you ship the goods?
Goods can be shipped by any courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and EMS. It depends on the customer’s request.
Can I get the sample before I place an order to see the quality?
We do not hold many products in our stock. However, you can inform us of the item code from our catalog and the quantity that you are interested in and we will then check our stock and let you know if the items are available. For bulk orders or regular customers, you may make a sample order.
