DELIVERY:

We use Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery for standard and next day UK deliveries. For Same Day delivery we use a local courier but for this service you must be at a London based address. For International orders we use Royal Mail Air Sure and International tracked and signed for. Occasionally we use Fedex for International orders that weigh over the Royal Mail limit. Next Day and International orders have to be signed for for insurance reasons.
To track your order please email us on sales@royisal.com with your order number and we’ll do this for you.
Standard recorded delivery is free of charge and takes 3-5 working days however, at Christmas this is extended to 5-7 working days. Next Day delivery is £6.50 and the order must be placed before 1pm to classify as next day delivery. If placed before 1pm your order will be with you before 1pm the following day.
Saturday delivery must also be placed before 1pm on the Friday and costs £12.00. International delivery prices vary depending on what part of the world we are sending too. Sending to Europe takes 5-10 working days, the America’s 10-14 working days, Australia 10-14 working days and Rest Of World 14 working days. Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges unless the item you received is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.
Next Day and International orders will need to be signed for in person*. Please ensure that you will be present at the delivery address that you have provided. If no-one is present at your address than a card will be left for you from Royal Mail in order that you can reschedule a more convenient delivery date or your order can be collected from your local depot. Please note that you will need the tracking number and a form of identification for this. *roysal Global Ltd can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other that the addressee.
Yes, we can change your delivery address if you inform us within an hour of ordering. Please email sales@royisal.com and put the subject as ‘Urgent: Change of delivery address’.

No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter separately. The sign up form can be found at the bottom of our homepage or when setting up an account there is a tick box asking you to opt-in or out of our newsletters. If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time or simply click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each newsletter.
If you’ve forgotten your passwords you’ll need to re-set it. Simply click ‘Forgot your password?’ under the returning user login and this will then ask for you to enter your email address. A link will be sent to that email address in order to re-set the password.
We want to make sure you feel as safe and secure when shopping with us online. You will be asked extra security questions at the final point of checkout as an extra precaution before the order and payment go through. If you do notice a problem or are worried about the security of an order, please email sales@royisal.com and we can look into this straight away. If you are using PayPal, a case can be opened to deal with the issue.
