LATEST NEWS : By the Shining Light of a Silvery Moon Comes Moonlit by Royi-Sal
Bangkok, Thailand August 16, 2009 -- In early 2009, after almost 10 years of manufacturing and wholesaling a wide range of jewelry with standard procedures and materials, Bangkok-based Royi-Sal developed a new manufacturing process that uses revolutionary materials to add elegant shades of color to their new Moonlit jewelry range.
During the 10 years that they have been in business, Royi-Sal has steadily built up a name for their fine jewelry. It is a reputation they have earned by following established techniques and using standard materials. While this has allowed them to keep up with the latest trends and meet the needs of customers in four different continents, their latest product range is a bold attempt to take the initiative and lead rather than follow the jewelry fashion race.
The process itself is not the secret and is merely an adaptation of an existing process. For some time now, jewelry manufacturers have been using Ferido to make beads that are set on a metallic base of bronze or silver and into which semi-precious stones can be set.
What sets the Moonlit range apart from its competitors is the mystery ingredient that gives the jewelry its silky sheen. When making Moonlit jewelry, Royi-Sal follows a very similar process to the Ferido technique but introduces a secret ingredient before the stones, crystal or glitter are set into the pre-glazed bead. The result is a whole new range of pastel shades that add an elegance to the jewelry that was previously missing.
The Moonlit range, which includes many styles of earrings and necklace pendants , has already proved popular with Royi-Sal’s customers across the globe, with the Crystal Moonlit brand in particular selling well.
“We are always trying to be innovative and we feel that with the Moonlit range we have really created something special,” said Royi-Sal’s founder and CEO, Royi Gal.
While Royi-Sal is justifiably proud of its new creation, the Bangkok-based jewelry manufacturer and wholesaler is not giving up its secret ingredient just yet.
