So just how do we ensure that we maintain a consistent level of
excellence in both our products and services? At Roy-Sal, we care that our
customers receive the best from us, but it’s what we do that makes the
difference.
We begin by setting the most stringent quality control standards in our manufacturing
processes. As such, all our products pass the standards required in Europe and the United
States. In fact, whichever rule is stricter, that is what we follow for all our markets.
If, for example, the United States has stricter rules about the use of lead, then we use
those rules as our standard for all our customers. Conversely, if Europe has more stringent
regulations regarding the use of nickel, then that becomes the benchmark for all our jewelry.
We also use an independent British laboratory to conduct
our product testing and make sure we consistently meet these high
standards. We can also provide our customers with certified
guarantees of quality if they require it. For instance, if customers
request proof that our body jewelry is lead-free or nickel-free,
we can provide the necessary certification.
All our gold is stamped and tested for karat content before it is shipped, and we
use 925 silver in our silver jewelry. While we are flexible with our customers’ requests, we
never compromise on quality and prefer not to do business in such cases rather than damage
our reputation.
As part of our continued commitment to excellence, Royi-Sal is currently in the
process of becoming accredited by ISO9002.
In terms of service, every customer is assigned an individual contact
officer so that they always deal with the same person. In this way, we get
to know your exact needs and preferences. To further enhance this
experience, we maintain a full and comprehensive data base on all our
customers purchasing patterns.
We also have strict internal rules about service which have to be adhered to at all
times. Every order and customer interaction follows this system precisely and promptly to
minimize the possibility of any problems developing and to ensure customer satisfaction.
In the extremely unlikely event that there is a problem with any of our products,
you can return it to us and we guarantee that we will either repair or replace it and return it
to you at our expense.
